A thick blanket of snow covers West Thumb Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park. You will find more geysers within this park than elsewhere on the planet.

There was great Geyser (you see them as an example above Geyser Basin) but some nice hot pools.

It's right in front of Yellowstone Lake and if you're lucky you see lightning across the lake while standing in the sun - which is great for taking photos!

We see Canadian geese standing in the hot ground. There are better places to visit wildlife (like the Lamar Valley).
